Casey Brown has a true love for the law. He was raised in the Upper Cumberland and understands the issues facing members of our community. Clients love working with Casey. They often remark on his exceptional ability to comfort them and explain the complexities of the legal system in a way that makes sense. He works hard with clients to form legal strategies that best meet their goals.

Prior to entering law school, Casey spent years in the court room assisting the Jackson County General Sessions Court as a probation officer. Members of the legal community respect Casey’s desire to perfect his craft. He battles for his clients in the court room and works hard to settle cases in a way that benefits his clients most.

Now Casey focuses his practice on representing real people with real issues. He primarily spends his days in the courtroom fighting for people with cases in Family Law, Divorce, Custody, Child Support, Orders of Protection, Property Disputes, and Civil Litigation.

Crabtree and Patterson recruited Casey for his courtroom presence and ability to form relationships when negotiating conflict resolution.

Casey graduated from Tennessee Tech with a Political Science Degree and Nashville School of Law with a Juris Doctorate of Law. He primarily serves the counties of Putnam, Jackson, Cumberland, White, Overton, Fentress, Dekalb, Warren, Van Buren and Smith.
