I earned my law degree from Nashville Law School in 1989 and was licensed to practice in Tennessee. After serving as Assistant District Attorney and Chief Deputy, I prosecuted major crimes in the 13th Judicial District. Following 16 years as a prosecutor, I was elected Criminal Court Judge, overseeing criminal cases across seven counties for 30 years.

I’ve also taught Criminal Justice at Tennessee Tech University for 20 years, staying up-to-date with trends in criminal law. With my extensive experience, I’m now focused on helping those accused of crimes navigate the legal system and achieve positive outcomes.
